WEA ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
At Williams Education Academy, we are committed to offering flexible and affordable options for families while maintaining the highest quality of academic support and enrichment.
We provide a variety of customized tutoring packages designed to meet the unique needs of students, making it easier for families to access personalized learning, academic support, and test preparation. WEA also accepts Step Up Scholarships.
AFTERSCHOOL TUTORING
Tutoring and Academic Support
Our Afterschool Tutoring Program serves students in grades 3–12 with small-group tutoring, one-on-one support, and academic enrichment activities. We offer a hybrid model with both online and in-person sessions, Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm. Monthly packages are available to fit your child’s needs and schedule.
Academic Tutoring
Individual(1:1) instruction designed to strengthen skills, close learning gaps, and build confidence in Reading, Math, and Writing.

Virtual Review Sessions
These are 30 minute individual (1:1)sessions designed for students who need targeted academic support, quick skill reinforcement, or assistance preparing for an upcoming quiz, test, or assignment.

WEA ONLINE LEARNING PROGRAM
Flexible online learning with structure, support, and accountability.
Williams Education Academy’s Online Learning Program is a flexible 16 week online academic program designed for students in grades 3–12. Students learn at their own pace while receiving the academic guidance, accountability, and support needed to stay engaged and work toward their educational goals.
Students have opportunities to participate in enrichment activities and academic support sessions designed to reinforce learning, strengthen skills, and encourage engagement.

Academic support is provided Monday–Thursday through our flexible online 1 hour instructional blocks.

Flex Fridays provide opportunities for parent check-ins, progress updates, and flexible learning support.
Families may participate in additional 16 week academic support programs based on their student's needs.
