WEA TUITION/PROGRAMS

At Williams Education Academy, we are committed to offering flexible and affordable tuition options for families while maintaining the highest quality of academic support and enrichment.

We provide a variety of customized tuition packages designed to meet the unique needs of students, making it easier for families to access personalized learning, academic support, and test preparation. WEA also accepts  Step Up Scholarships. 

WEA PRIVATE ONLINE VIRTUAL SCHOOL 

For families seeking a complete virtual school experience 

FLEXIBLE LEARNING. REAL SUPPORT. 

Our virtual program is fully self-paced, allowing students to complete coursework on a schedule that fits their needs, learning style, and family routine. Students are never alone — they receive academic guidance, accountability, and personalized support every step of the way.

  • Live Instruction & Support:  Live teacher support is available Monday–Thursday, 11:00 am–3:00 pm.

  • Student Served: Grades 3–12.

  • Full-Time Tuition:  $800 per month or $8,000 annually. 

  • Includes FREE NWEA Progress Monitoring (3 times a year) 

ENROLLMENT FEES (per child) ​

  1. $100 Registration Fee (non-refundable)

  2. $300 Technology/Curriculum Annual Fee. This fee covers: 

  • Technology setup and licensing for our accredited online curriculum

  • Learning platform access (virtual campus, interactive tools, digital resources)

  • Student account setup and support

  • Curriculum updates and materials used throughout the school year

Payment  ensures your child has full access to the tools and resources they need for success at WEA. ​Payment Plans and sibling discounts available. 

WEA EXPLORERS PROGRAM

Monthly enrichment outings, leadership experiences, and hands-on learning beyond the traditional classroom.​​

​WEA Explorers is a fun and engaging program with workshops, mentoring, and enrichment activities that help students explore new interests, build leadership skills, and prepare for future success in college, careers, and life. It also offers a summer experience focused on reading, math, and creativity, designed to prevent learning loss and spark curiosity in a supportive environment.is our enrichment, leadership, and real-world learning program for our WEA students. Each month, students participate in hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and connect academic learning to life beyond the screen.

Explorers develop friendships, leadership skills, creativit y, and independence — all while discovering new interests in a safe, supportive environment. WEA Explorers meets once or twice monthly (varies by calendar) and activities may be virtual, in the community, or on-site. Registration is required for each event.​

WEA LEARNING CENTER 

Tutoring and Academic Support 

Our Afterschool Learning Center serves students in grades 3–12 with small-group tutoring, one-on-one support, and academic enrichment activities. We offer a hybrid model with both online and face-to-face sessions, Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm. Flexible packages are available to fit your child’s needs and schedule.

  • Small Groups: Starting at $30 per session(max of 5 students) 

  • Individual: Sessions: Starting at $60 per session.
