WEA ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAMS
At Williams Education Academy, we are committed to offering flexible and affordable options for families while maintaining the highest quality of academic support and enrichment.
We provide a variety of customized tutoring packages designed to meet the unique needs of students, making it easier for families to access personalized learning, academic support, and test preparation. WEA also accepts Step Up Scholarships.
AFTERSCHOOL TUTORING
Our Afterschool Tutoring Program serves students in grades 3–12 with small-group tutoring, one-on-one support, and academic enrichment activities. We offer a hybrid model with both online and in-person sessions, Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00pm. Monthly packages are available to fit your child’s needs and schedule.
Tutoring
Individual(1:1) instruction designed to strengthen skills, close learning gaps, and build confidence in Reading, Math, and Writing.
Test Prep (ACT/SAT)
Targeted instruction, test-taking strategies, and guided practice tailored to each student's goals.
Virtual Review Sessions
These are 30 minute individual (1:1)sessions designed for students who need targeted academic support, quick skill reinforcement, or assistance preparing for an upcoming quiz, test, or assignment.
ONLINE ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAMS
Flexible online learning with structure, support, and accountability.
Williams Education Academy (WEA) offers 16 week online academic support programs for students in grades 3–12. Families can choose the program option that best meets their student's educational needs and learning goals.
Comprehensive Academic Support Plan
A personalized program providing structured academic support, progress monitoring, enrichment, and student success strategies across multiple subject areas.
Academic Learning Support Pathways
Targeted academic support focused on individual subjects or specific learning goals, allowing families to select the areas where their student needs additional support.
Academic support is available Monday–Thursday through structured one hour online learning blocks. Flex Fridays are reserved for parent conferences, progress updates, and individualized support by appointment.
