Tameka Williams, M.Ed., Ed.S.
Director of Curriculum and Operations
Tameka Williams oversees the academic programs and daily operations of Williams Education Academy (WEA), providing structured, student-centered learning support designed to help students grow academically and personally.
With over 25 years of experience in education, Tameka has served as a Literacy Coach, Reading/ELA teacher, and college level Writing Coach. She holds advanced degrees in Education, Reading, and Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in Reading, ESOL, English, Instructional Coaching, and support for diverse learners.
As both an educator and mother of three, Tameka understands that many students benefit from smaller learning environments, personalized support, and meaningful academic guidance. These experiences inspired her to create WEA, a supportive learning community focused on individualized attention, confidence-building, and student success.

Together, we provide high-quality instruction, individual attention, and a nurturing environment where every student can thrive. Whether learning online or in-person, your child is in great hands!

Administrative Assistant
Provides essential operational and administrative support, manages communication with families, supports scheduling and documentation, and ensures the day-to-day operations of WEA run smoothly behind the scenes.
Certified Teacher
A certified educator and content-area expert who provides virtual and/or in-person instruction, tutoring, and academic support to help students build skills, increase confidence, and achieve academic success.
Tutor
Provides individualized and small-group academic support to reinforce learning, address skill gaps, build confidence, and help students achieve academic success.
Learning Coach
Provides ongoing support through regular check-ins and coaching, helping students stay organized, build effective study habits, remain motivated, and stay accountable as they work toward their academic goals.
Learning Coaches do not provide full instruction or grading.
