Tameka Williams oversees the academic programs and daily operations of Williams Education Academy (WEA), providing structured, student-centered learning support designed to help students grow academically and personally.

With over 25 years of experience in education, Tameka has served as a Literacy Coach, Reading/ELA teacher, and college level Writing Coach. She holds advanced degrees in Education, Reading, and Organizational Leadership, along with certifications in Reading, ESOL, English, Instructional Coaching, and support for diverse learners.

As both an educator and mother of three, Tameka understands that many students benefit from smaller learning environments, personalized support, and meaningful academic guidance. These experiences inspired her to create WEA,  a supportive learning community focused on individualized attention, confidence-building, and student success.​
