Small Class Sizes. Personalized Learning.Quality Education
Tameka Williams oversees Williams Education Academy’s academic programs and daily operations, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and effective, well-organized systems that support student success. With over 20 years of experience in the public school system, Tameka has served as a literacy coach, Reading/English Language Arts (ELA) teacher, and college-level writing coach. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Master of Education, and a Master of Reading, along with an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership and Adult Education. Tameka is also certified and trained to work with ESE and ESOL students, as well as learners with diverse academic and instructional needs.

As a mother of three and a passionate educator, Tameka experienced firsthand how traditional school settings often struggle to meet the individual needs of every child. Large class sizes frequently limited opportunities for personalized instruction, which her own children, and many others needed in order to truly thrive. These experiences inspired her to create Williams Education Academy, a learning environment intentionally designed around small class sizes, individualized instruction, and student-centered support.

At Williams Education Academy, students benefit from a blend of daytime instruction and afterschool academic support, helping them build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and reach their full potential. Tameka’s mission is to create a learning environment where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to succeed.
