Supporting Families Beyond Traditional Tutoring
At Williams Education Academy, we believe families benefit from guidance, structure, and academic support throughout their child’s educational journey. Our Family Support Services are designed to help students stay organized, motivated, and engaged while providing families with additional educational support and accountability.
Online Learning Program
WEA’s 16-week Online Learning Program provides flexible academic support for students in grades 3–12 through personalized guidance, progress monitoring, and structured learning opportunities.
How the Program Works
• Parents remain responsible for curriculum selection and daily instruction
• Students complete learning activities at home and during scheduled academic support opportunities
• WEA provides academic guidance, progress monitoring, and ongoing support
Program Includes
✔ Academic coaching and guidance
✔ Progress monitoring and check-ins
✔ Structured learning support and accountability
✔ Optional digital learning tools selected by the parent
Sessions are offered Monday–Thursday in a flexible online format.
Program Setup Fee — $199
Includes family orientation, student academic assessment, and personalized learning support planning.

College & Career Readiness
Mini Workshops designed to help students prepare for life after high school through academic planning, study skills, goal setting, career exploration, and postsecondary readiness guidance.
Literacy Programs & Initiatives
Programs and enrichment opportunities focused on strengthening literacy skills, promoting reading engagement, and supporting academic growth through reading support, literacy activities, family literacy initiatives, and educational enrichment experiences.
Our goal is to partner with families to create supportive learning experiences that empower students academically, personally, and professionally.
